• Open SoftSpire Eudora Converter. Go to Start menu » Programs » SoftSpire Eudora Converter » SoftSpire Eudora Converter.

• Click the Select (.mbx) Files or Select folder having (.mbx) File(s) button to select the Eudora MBX file or folders having multiple MBX files as shown below:

Important Note - Eudora Converter Software allows you to select configured as well as non-configured MBX successfully.

• To select non-cofigured MBX file or orphaned MBX file, navigate to the location where you saved or stored the PST and then select the MBX file.
• To select configured MBX file, navigate to the store folder of Eudora and select MBX file.
  • By default, Eudora store these MBX files at this location:
    "C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\Application Data\Qualcomm\Eudora",
  • If you are using Windows 7 and Windows Vista, the default location is: "C:\Users\USER_NAME\AppData\Roaming\Qualcomm\Eudora\", where USER_NAME is your Windows Logon name

• To select single Eudora MBX file, click the Select (.mbx) Files button and you will see following screen:

• Select Eudora MBX file and click the Open button.
• To select multiple MBX files at once, gather all your MBX in one folder and then select the folder having multiple MBX files using Select folder having (.mbx) File(s) button. After doing so, you will see following screen:

• Select the Folder having MBX files and click the OK button.
• After selecting the MBX file or Eudora Mailbox folder, the software will display following screen:
